A four-member Orissa girls` squad returned home today, garnering one gold and one silver medals in the 14th Sub-Junior National Rowing Championship, which was hosted by Bengal Rowing Association at Ravindra Rarovar, Kolkata from May 31 to June 6.
Sanjukta Dung Dung and Manjula Xess won the gold in 500m coxless pair. The silver was claimed in the single scull event by Monika Devi. Kasturi Das was the other rower of the squad, accompanied by coach Jose Jacob.
